Our packages typically include airport transfers, accommodation in luxury lodges or tented camps, all meals, private game drives with expert guides, park entry fees, and 24/7 support. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

Yes! We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. Custom payment plans can be arranged for bookings made well in advance.

A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required if arriving from an endemic country. We also recommend Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations. Malaria prophylaxis is advised. Please consult your doctor 4-6 weeks before travel. We provide a detailed health guide upon booking.

Absolutely. Our partner lodges cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and other dietary requirements with advance notice. We also accommodate mobility needs and can arrange accessible vehicles and lodges. Please inform us during booking.

Cancellations made 90+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $200 admin fee. 60-89 days: 50% refund. 30-59 days: 25% refund. Less than 30 days: non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
